تقدر تطلب الحذف بدون إعادة تنزيل التطبيق.

من تطبيق Grendizer

افتح القائمة ثم الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. سجّل دخولك من جديد إذا طُلب منك، واقرأ التأكيد ثم أكّد الحذف. الطلب المؤكّد يقدر يستمر بالسيرفر إذا تسكّر التطبيق.

بدون التطبيق

راسل support@grendizer.io من الإيميل المرتبط بحسابك، بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب Grendizer». قد نطلب التحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل معالجة الطلب. إرسال الإيميل وحده ما يحذف الحساب فوراً.

شنو ينحذف

الحذف يزيل الحساب والملف الشخصي والإعلانات ووسائط الإعلانات والمحادثات والرسائل المرتبطة. تُزال أو تُنقّح الإشارات الشخصية في البلاغات وسجلات الإدارة ذات الصلة.

إيصالات إكمال الحذف

تبقى إشارة الحساب ضمن الطلب المعلّق إلى أن يكتمل. إيصالات الإكمال لا تحتوي إشارة للحساب وتُحذف بعد سبعة أيام. لأسئلة الخصوصية راسل support@grendizer.io.

You can request deletion without reinstalling the app.

From the Grendizer app

Open the menu, then Settings → Delete account. Sign in again if asked, review the confirmation and confirm deletion. A confirmed request can continue on the server if the app closes.

Without the app

Email support@grendizer.io from the email linked to your Grendizer account. Use the subject “Grendizer account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Sending an email alone does not immediately delete an account.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes the account and related profile, listings, uploaded listing media and associated conversations/messages. Personal references in relevant reports and administration records are removed or scrubbed.

Completion receipts

Pending requests keep the account reference until processing completes. Completion receipts contain no account reference and are removed after seven days. Privacy questions can be sent to support@grendizer.io.
